Hair Extensions

I was sitting with my friend Emma as she was getting her nails done in a hair salon when a girl walked in and ordered hair extensions. I couldn't help but not start chatting with her and asking questions. Watching the process was so interesting! She was great and had no problems with me taking a few pictures!

The hair. It was first dyed and then blow dried.

Me (speaking in Chinese): Does it hurt?
Her: No. I do this all the time.

Her choosing which hair sections she wanted. Its a big plastic clip on that snaps onto the back of her head. I asked her how she showers with it on her head, she said she just snaps it on and off whenever she wants. She explained thats why she (and so many other women like her) liked having the hair extensions. Some days she wanted longer hair and other shorter. This way she could have both.

One of the hairdressers hiding behind the hair! Then she later put the hair on my shoulders to pretend as if its was mine and was joking. I told I didn't think it would work well with my color.
