I met up with a good friend who lives in a village there. It was so encouraging and good to see her!

Drove on a motorcycle way outside of town to a secluded park and waterfall for the day!
And then found out there was a huge group of young deaf Thai girls on a school field trip... we ended up playing with them for the afternoon!

Elephant ride! Tuk Tuk was his name, he loved to put his trunk back over his head and have us feed his bananas!
Funny Story: We walked down a trail and suddenly Kimberly was grabbed by this guy and shoved into the cage... I went to pull out my camera to snap a picture and barely got this out before he grabbed me and through me in too! With no time to think, the cage door was shut and locked....
Next thing I knew we were thrown across the river and then the cage slammed into a huge tree and we definitely felt it! It was quite a rush!

Hiking through a beautiful park and saw lots of wild monkeys!
First night with Rach on the back of the bike! 10 minutes later our group got separated and we had an adventure finding our way home! Fun night of seeing the city!

I definitely had a great time in Thailand catching up with friends and getting some rest. By the end of my trip I was excited about coming back home to China. I missed my friends and the food here, it was a good break, but glad to be back!
