Best way to celebrate a birthday in China is inviting all your friends to eat 火锅 (HOT POT)!
Its so good!
Of course you have to eat noodles on your birthday! Here it represents having a 'long life!' Restaurants will usually 送 (freely give) a bowl of noodles to whosoever birthday it is that day.

As is custom here, the one celebrating their birthday is the one that treats everyone!
Mmmm.... Chinese cake! Not all 老外（foreigners) here are fond of it, but I absolutely love it! Its very different than what cake tastes like in the states. There just so happens to be an amazing little cake bakery down the street from my house... very dangerous for me! : )
